DHL Shipping
Jesstea is pleased to offer free DHL shipping for orders over $100. For orders under $100, we will charge a shipping fee of $9.98 for DHL transportation. We prioritize our customers' ordering experience and ensure fast and reliable delivery with DHL. This is especially important for temperature-sensitive teas, like green tea in the hot summer months, to ensure they arrive fresh and delicious.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with a standard processing time of 1-2 business days. During periods of high sales volume, processing times may extend to 2-4 business days.
• DHL's shipping time from China to the United States is 7-10 natural days. This includes 2-3 days for domestic transit in China, 3-4 days for international transit, and 2-3 days for domestic transportation in the United States. Please note that there may be slight delays during holidays and peak logistics periods.

Return & Exchange Limitations

• As a Safe Quality Foods (SQF) facility, we are unable to accept returns. We do not offer exchanges or refunds if the issue pertains to personal taste preference.
• We do provide replacements or refunds for quality-related issues. Each case will be evaluated individually, and additional restrictions may apply.

Seasonal Variance
Please be aware that, as an agricultural product, some seasonal variance in the flavor profiles of tea is expected. We recommend starting with smaller quantities such as our "Taster" sample size to ensure the tea meets your taste preferences before committing to larger purchases.
